The Spring Gala is the annual fundraiser for the Wisconsin Women’s Health Foundation. The fundraiser has 3 components: Awards Ceremony, Silent & Live Auction and Dinner. The awards ceremony and auction is at the Madison Concourse Hotel and the dinner is at the Wisconsin State Capitol and typically attracts 800+attendees. The event requires omnichannel marketing to reach a broad range of demographics. To achieve this, a strategic marketing plan was developed to include print, digital, radio and outdoor campaigns in addition to developing all event collateral, communications (internal and external), web and social marketing while coordinating committees and event planning.
PROJECT OBJECTIVE: Improve event awareness, increase ticket sales and overall funds raised.
POSITIVE OUTCOMES: Successfully attracted 1,000+ event attendees (an increase of 200+ticket sales), raised over $265,000 in funds (an increase of over $60,000 in the history of the event).
